Casita Balandra is a contemporary two-level residence located within a gated community, offering privacy and security. The home features clean architectural lines and a minimalist aesthetic, finished in smooth white stucco that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding arid landscape.
The ground level includes a covered terrace supported by square columns and accented with exposed wooden beams, adding warmth and character to the modern design. Expansive sliding glass doors and large windows allow for abundant natural light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
An outdoor staircase along the right side of the property leads to a spacious rooftop terrace, partially shaded by a pergola-style wooden structure—ideal for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying open views.
The lot is currently in its early landscaping phase, with natural soil and minimal vegetation, enclosed by a perimeter wall. Conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the beach, the property combines modern design, comfort, and an excellent coastal location within a secure residential setting.
